Letau

Letau is the third moon of Cardassia Prime, known as the Blind Moon. It is never seen alone in the sky, and is always accompanied by either Kerel or Sivatt. There was a prison complex there in the 24th century, managed by Skrain Dukat before his appointment as Prefect of Bajor.
